Chi Siamo
Le Mie Radici
I was born into the warm chaos of my family’s trattoria in Bologna, where the aroma of ragù simmering for hours filled our home. My nonna taught me to make tortellini before I could write my name.
After graduating from Alma in Parma, I refined my skills in kitchens across Italy, from Venice to Sicily. But my heart always called me back to the rustic flavors of Emilia-Romagna.
La Mia Filosofia
I believe great Italian cooking isn’t about complexity – it’s about respecting your ingredients. The perfect tomato needs nothing more than good olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.
In my kitchen, I blend traditional techniques with modern sensibilities. Each recipe I share comes with a story, a memory, and most importantly, the little tricks that make it special.
Dal Cuore alla Tavola
My greatest joy is helping home cooks discover the confidence to create authentic Italian dishes. When you cook from the heart, you can’t go wrong.
I’m here to guide you through each step, from selecting the right Parmigiano-Reggiano to mastering the perfect pasta dough consistency. Together, we’ll create food that tells a story.
